Users' privacy protection is particularly important to MS Pro Investments Sp. z o.o. Therefore, Users of the www.ms-probiznes.pl website are guaranteed high standards of privacy protection. MS Pro Investments Sp. z o.o. as a data administrator cares about the safety of the data provided by Users.

It is also the Administrator's aim to duly inform the Users about the rights and obligations related to the processing of personal data, in particular in view of the content of personal data protection provisions set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter "RODO"). Therefore, in order to protect the privacy of the Service Users, in this document the Administrator informs about the legal basis for the processing of personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of the www.ms-probiznes.pl Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), the methods of collecting, processing and protecting personal data, as well as the rights of Users.

A User is any natural person to whom the data pertains, who uses the www.ms-probiznes.pl website or electronic services available through the Website.

1. USER'S CONSENT

   Use of the www.ms-probiznes.pl Service by the User means that the User accepts that the Administrator collects and uses his/her personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

   Service User personal data is processed by the Administrator based on User's consent, and in certain cases described herein, as part of Administrator's legitimate interest. User has the right to withdraw his/her consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

   In the event that this Privacy Policy is amended, and the User continues to use the Service, this shall be deemed to constitute consent to the current terms of the Privacy Policy.

    

2. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY THE ADMINISTRATOR
   1. Manner of obtaining personal data

      The Administrator obtains personal data directly from the User via the Service by means of filling inby the User the contact form available in the Service and sending a message to the Administrator by means of it.

3. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

   The way in which the Administrator processes data concerning the User depends on the way the User uses the Service and the functionalities available in it. The Administrator processes User personal data for the following purposes:

      The Administrator uses the User's personal data in order to communicate with the User in a personalized way. The information communicated to the User concerns products or services offered, personal data security, network updates, reminders, but also suggested offers of the Administrator or his partners. Communication with the User also concerns the User service. Personal data is used to help the User, solve technical problems and respond to his complaints or claims.

   2. To present the User with commercial offers via electronic means.

      The purpose of using the User's personal data provided by him/her through the contact form available in the Service is the marketing communication conducted by the Administrator within the scope of his/her business activity, in particular presentation of commercial offers to the User electronically.

   3. Presentation of commercial offers to the User via telephone contact.

      The purpose of using the User's personal data available in the newsletter subscription form available in the Service is to inform the User electronically (by e-mail) about new products, services, promotions or events of the Administrator or his/her partners.

   2. to carry out financial settlements with the User who is a customer of the Administrator by virtue of performing a possible agreement concluded between the parties, as well as possible vindication of claims from the User who is a customer within the Administrator's legitimate interest in accordance with art. 6 section 1 point f) RODO and to fulfill the Administrator's legal obligations towards tax authorities on the basis of separate regulations in accordance with art. 6 section 1 point c) RODO;
   3. in order to carry out the Administrator's marketing activities within the framework of the Administrator's legitimate interest as meant in Article 6(1)(f) RODO, and also in accordance with the declarations of will regarding the marketing communication made to the Administrator. Consents granted for marketing communications (e.g. for sending commercial information by e-mail or telephone contact for direct marketing purposes) may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
   4. in order to fulfil the Administrator's legal obligations towards the User set out in the RODO, as defined in Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO.

      At each stage of the processing of his/her data, the User is provided with a number of rights that allow him/her to access his/her data, verify the correctness of the data processing, correct the data, as well as to object to the data processing, request the deletion of the data, the limitation of the data processing or the transfer of the data.

   2. Right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority

      The User whose personal data is processed by the Administrator has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority competent in matters of personal data protection (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).

       

6. COOKIES
   1. The Administrator informs that while using the Service, short text information called "cookies" are saved in the User's end device. "Cookies" contain such IT data as: the IP address concerning the User, name of the website they come from, time of their storage on the User's end device, recording of the parameters and statistics and a unique number. Cookies" are directed to the Service server through a web browser installed in User's end device.

       

      Cookies are used on the Website in order to:
      1. maintaining technical correctness and continuity of the session between the Service server and User's final device;
      2. optimization of use of the Website by User and adjustment of their display on User's end device;
      3. ensuring safety of use of the Service;

"Session" "cookies" are files that are subject to automatic removal from the final device of the Service User after his/her logging out of the Service or after leaving the Service website or after switching off the Internet browser. "Permanent" files "cookies" are stored in the User's end device for the time specified in the parameters of the files "cookies" or until their removal by the User.       The period for which the Users' personal data is stored depends on the purposes of data processing by the Administrator.
      The Administrator shall store personal data for such a period as is necessary for the achievement of the specified purposes, i.e:

   3. In each of the above cases, after the expiry of the necessary period of processing, the data may be processed only for the purpose of asserting claims against the background of the relations between the parties until the claims are finally resolved by legal means.
