Each of our seaside locations is characterized by something unique which makes it an excellent offer for short-term rentals not only during the summer season but throughout the year. Our apartments are designed for families with children, organized groups or business stays. Currently, our offer is divided into 3 main locations, ie:

Kolobrzeg - Podczele district
This is the largest selection of Superior and De Lux Class apartments located in a modern housing estate near Eko Park Zachodni with access to Fitness & Spa zone. On a closed and protected housing estate you will find among others two playgrounds, barbecue area with a garden house. This location is also a great offer for those who travel with their four-legged pets due to the direct vicinity of a closed paddock and a separate beach. In the same neighborhood we also have an interesting offer of Comfort apartments with access to the Mini Spa and FUN zone, which are located in an exclusive apartment building called Koło Brzegu. Each apartment has an individual parking space in underground garage, which you get FREE. Each of the above proposals are located in modern buildings with ramps for people with disabilities with the exception of apartments Standard Plus 1 and 2 and De Lux 11 and 12, which are located in an older building on the estate without an elevator.

Kolobrzeg - health resort district
Apartments in this location is a great option for those who appreciate the proximity to the closest attractions of Kolobrzeg itself such as Kolobrzeg pier or Fredro Park. Some of our flagship apartments in this location include an extremely spacious and exclusive unit in the Aquarius hotel, which gives an absolute sense of comfort of the hotel and an extremely spacious and comfortable apartment in a top location in the Olimp hotel with unlimited access to the spa area. Our other apartments in this district are located at Kasprowicza and Chodkiewicza streets providing a great option to rent very nice and spacious apartments in the heart of Kolobrzeg.

Ustronie Morskie
Our wide offer is completed by the location in Ustronie Morskie which is highly valued by holidaymakers. We offer a very large, family apartment with a private garden, ideal for larger groups, comfortably accommodating up to 6 people. It is equipped with everything necessary for any home - a spacious living room, a large kitchenette with dining area and two separate bedrooms - guaranteed relaxation at a reasonable budget.
