INFORMATION OBLIGATION

The administrator of the User's personal data provided via the contact form, i.e. the entity that decides on the purposes and means of their processing, is MS Pro Investments Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in 53-674 Wrocław, Legnicka 46 lok.4, Tax Identification Number (NIP) 897-187-54-26, National Court Register (KRS) no. 824737, (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator)..

The personal data provided by the User in the contact form are processed by the Administrator on the basis of the consent given by the User, within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a)of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC - hereinafter referred to as RODO.

The provision of personal data contained in the contact form is voluntary. The user has the right to withdraw granted consent at any time by contacting the Administrator ms@ms-probiznes.pl,, without affecting the legality of processing, which was done on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

The User has the right to access his/her personal data at any time, to rectify, erase or restrict processing thereof, and the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability.

The Administrator processes personal data of the Service User for the following purposes:

1. Communicating with the User, in particular handling complaints regarding the Administrator's products or services;
2. Presentation of commercial offers to the User via electronic means;
3. Presentation of commercial offers to the User via telephone;
4. Sending the User information via electronic means within the subscription to the Administrator's newsletter;
5. Enabling the user to send comments or opinions about the Administrator's products or services.

The Administrator may process the User's personal data provided in the contact form also for the following purposes:

1. In order to conclude and perform a possible contract between the User and the Administrator and to serve the User as the Administrator's customer in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO;
2. to carry out financial settlements with the User who is a customer of the Administrator by virtue of performing a possible agreement concluded between the parties, as well as possible vindication of claims from the User who is a customer within the Administrator's legitimate interest in accordance with art. 6 section 1 point f) RODO and to fulfill the Administrator's legal obligations towards tax authorities on the basis of separate regulations in accordance with art. 6 section 1 point c) RODO
3. in order to carry out the Administrator's marketing activities within the framework of the Administrator's legitimate interest as meant in Article 6(1)(f) RODO, and also in accordance with the declarations of will regarding the marketing communication made to the Administrator. Consents granted for marketing communications (e.g. for sending commercial information by e-mail or telephone contact for direct marketing purposes) may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
4. in order to comply with the Administrator's legal obligations towards the User set out in the RODO, within the meaning of Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO.

The User's personal data is or may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:

1. advertising or marketing service providers.

The Administrator retains personal data for such period as is necessary to achieve the specified purposes, viz:
